Dry Eye

Dry Eye is defined as a breakdown in the quality or quantity of tears. Tears protect, cleanse and moisten the eye. Dry eye can reduce blinking rates.

Normal blink rate: 10-15 times per minute

Each blink protects from bacteria and organisms that may reside on the surface. Dry eye may cause burning, irritation, frequent tearing and more.
